I have brought my car to Merc Aid since new and it is now 8 years old. The customer communication skills demonstrated by the staff but in particular Steve Cooke demonstrate skill and the understanding of customer needs. Over the years I have recommended many friends and colleagues to Merc Aid and I believe they are all now regular clients which means that you must be doing something right. If I have any issue at all it just that you dont have an MOT facility on site but I hear that this might change in the not too distant future. Thank you Steve and Merc Aid. Paul Kaye
