My car was collected at the time given. A decision to repair was apparently made but because there was a wait for parts to be delivered I wasn't made aware of that until I rang the office after a week. During that time it would have been nice to know whether repairs were going ahead or if you considered my car a write-off. Once I had rung and was updated Sarah kept me informed several times with progress. She was always polite and friendly.

Top class operation being run at Ilford. Dealt with Steve who booked car in swiftly and returned it to me just as swiftly. This was important as I had an urgent appointment. Very good service. Second time I've used them upon recommendation from my father in law who has used them for years. Would have given 5 stars, only have one little gripe. Can the pretty lady who works alongside Steve at the desk please smile a little more. Steve seems to get the whole customer service thing but she really needs to try and match his levels of customer engagement whether it be on the phone or face to face. Thanks again for sorting my car out. I will be using you for all my repairs now.
