I had booked an A service when in fact it was an A9 service. This apparently makes a difference (from one hour to four hours). We needed the car the next day, so Motoraid just got on with it and managed to finish by 5:20. Thanks for your effort

Excellent service from MotorAid Basildon when taking in my car for a diagnostics check. The work was booked in efficiently and I was kept updated on the progress throughout. A full report was provided from the investigation for complete piece of mind. Thank you again - I will definitely use MotorAid Basildon again should the need arise!
