Car Service & Repair Booking Reminder Information

Thank you for booking with us, here are some important details regarding your booking:

Courtesy Cars:
If you have booked a courtesy car, please ensure that you bring in your driving licence and national insurance number. We require this to check on the gov.uk website that you have a valid driving licence. Alternatively, you can create a driving licence check code here: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence – we will then require the check code and your licence number or you can print this off and bring it in to us – this will speed up the checking in process.

Collection & Delivery:
If you have booked for collection & delivery, typically your vehicle will be collected between 8AM – 10AM, unless otherwise agreed. If you will not be in & keys left out, please inform us where the keys will be left. Delivery back is typically between 3.30PM – 5PM, although we will endeavor to get it back to you as soon as possible. If parking is limited or we cannot leave a vehicle in your space please contact us.

Whilst you wait:
If you have booked a whilst you wait appointment, please ensure that you arrive promptly, so we can start work as soon as possible

All Bookings:
Please ensure your locking wheel nut key is present & your service book is present (if your car has one, some are online)

Cancellations:
If you cannot make your booking, please contact us on 01268 591558 – Basildon Branch or 0208 172 0192 – Hainault Branch and we will re-arrange your booking.
