James Young Limited Edition Bentley Turbo R.
One of only seven made.
The car when new in 1996 was £187'795.
Owned since 2001 with three previous caring owners.
FULL DETAILS AS FOLLOWS:
PAINTWORK-A new unique paint shade of MADAGASCAR with the door frames finished in Royal Ebony to co-ordinate with the bodywork colours.
BODYWORK-James Young commissioned special Air Ducts to both Front Wings
and Bonnet. The radiator shell is bodywork colour keyed and is complemented by chrome mesh as well as lower front airdam and body venting.
BUMPERS-The top plates have been colour coded to match the exterior paintwork incorporating the re-design of the front and rear numberplate holder.
WINDOW GLASS-Finished in graduated sundym tinted green for additional security and heat resistance to the interior compartment and rear window.
The rear window surround has been re-designed to incorporate a limousine style window adding additional privacy. This was a distinctive feature on previous James Young models.
WHEELS-James Young have designed a new 5 spoke 17`` alloy wheels incorporating body colour centre inserts with split rim styling to the outer edges. The brake callipers are finished in Sporting Red to co-ordinate with the wheel design.
EXHAUST-James Young designed single oval style rear tailpipe enhancing the revised exhaust tone.
INTERIOR
LEATHER-Specially commissioned 'BRIDGE OF WEIR' leathers with colour co-ordinated textures to complement the exterior paint finish.
SEATING-Alternatively designed sports styled seats with additional side bolsters to cushions and seat squabs. The front seat cushions have been extended for extra leg support. The car is supplied with additional floor over mats together with four detachable leather headrest covers incorporating the James Young logo.
Distinctive designed sport steering wheel incorporating colour-keyed leathers and a matching gear knob surround.
WOODWORK- There is no woodwork as is traditional with Bentley cars. A UNIQUE CARBON CHECK was commissioned, which has been colour keyed to match exterior paint finish together with fully veneered waistrails and console.
INSTRUMENTATION-Re-designed centre panel to incorporate Turbo Boost Gauge with recalibrated dashboard lighting in orange on back lighting, to give a distinctive, sporty look, together with James Young stainless steel finishers to all round gauges.
James Young has re-introduced the traditional Starter Button that was incorporated in earlier James Young models to give a distinctive and easy starting procedure.
AUDIO EQUIPMENT-This has been upgraded to a Pioneer Hi Fi KEX 820 System with a 12 disc multi play CD Player incorporating Pioneer DXQ 7500 Graphic Equaliser to enhance additional balanced sound with an RDS EON facility.
TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT- GSM equipment has been fitted with a fixed handset within the centre console with hand free use, another hand set is fitted in the centre arm rest in the rear seat and another hand set in the boot to remove and take with you.
SECURITY-This car is fitted with a Securicor Trak Bak System as standard, which incorporates electronic monitoring and auto alert for unauthorised removal. A Thatcham approved alarm system has been added with an engine immobiliser for additional security.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
James young designed stainless steel treadplates with logo and stainless steel overlay to front door frame panel is also incorporated.
For added convenience, the car was supplied with a James Young leather Attaché case fitted in the boot, with a co-ordinated silk-lined interior.
Also supplied and incorporated the boot lid is a James Young Umbrella.

Selling on behalf of my father this fantastic Mercedes SL500.
One previous owner who paid an estimated £103,000 for the car when new.
